How review actions affect analytics
Review actions change how orders appear in analytics and KPI summaries. Use this guide to keep reporting aligned with real operational status.
When an item is marked Handled
- • The order is treated as handled for current review workflows.
- • Visibility remains available for performance analysis where applicable.
- • Claim-risk style metrics that represent current risk may no longer include the order.
When an item is marked Not an issue
- • The order is excluded from attention metrics intended to represent actionable operational risk.
- • This helps prevent false positives from inflating flagged-rate reporting.
- • Use sparingly and consistently to keep analytics quality high.
How review status affects dashboards and analytics
- • Current-risk views prioritize Needs attention items.
- • Historical attention visibility can include Needs attention and Handled where that context is useful.
- • Not an issue remains excluded from attention-based reporting by design.
