Terms of Use

Last updated: April 19, 2026

Plain-English summary: OrderSight helps monitor orders and surface potential issues, but you remain responsible for reviewing orders and taking final business action.

Use of the service

OrderSight is provided as an order-monitoring and workflow support tool for business operations.

You agree to use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.

Analytics and product improvement

We may use limited, consent-based analytics to understand product usage and improve service performance, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Monitoring scope and no guarantee

OrderSight provides visibility and issue signals based on available data, but it does not guarantee detection of every issue, delay, or deadline risk.

You acknowledge that monitoring results depend on data quality, sync timing, and third-party platform availability.

Your operational responsibilities

You remain responsible for reviewing orders, handling customer communication, meeting deadlines, and making refund, reprint, or claim decisions.

You remain responsible for compliance with marketplace, platform, carrier, tax, and consumer-protection rules applicable to your business.

Third-party services and data

OrderSight depends on third-party platforms, APIs, and carriers that may be delayed, unavailable, rate-limited, incomplete, or inaccurate.

We are not responsible for outages or data issues caused by third-party systems outside our control.

Service changes and availability

Features, integrations, limits, and product behavior may change over time as the service evolves.

Service interruptions, maintenance windows, and sync delays may occur.

Account responsibilities and acceptable use

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, maintaining accurate account information, and all activity under your account.

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, unauthorized access attempts, or behavior that harms service reliability.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed according to the plan selected in your account, if and when billing is enabled.

Prices and features may change with notice, subject to applicable law and existing commitments.

Refund Policy

OrderSight offers a 14-day free trial so users can evaluate the service before being charged. After the trial period ends, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing issue, please contact us at support@ordersight.app. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of liability

OrderSight is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for terms violations or abuse.

Sections that should survive termination, including payment and liability provisions, remain effective after termination.
