Needs Attention helps teams stay consistent when deciding what needs review now, what is handled, and what is not actionable.

Review status model

  • Needs attention: currently in the review queue.
  • Handled: reviewed and completed.
  • Not an issue: dismissed as false positive or not actionable.

How sellers should use severity

  • Urgent: highest review priority and shortest response expectation.
  • High: meaningful risk that should be reviewed in normal operating cadence.
  • Warning: lower-priority concerns that still deserve visibility.

Workflow guidance

  • Review urgent and high items first, then mark Handled only when action is complete.
  • Use Not an issue only for false positives or truly non-actionable cases.
  • Keep review statuses current so dashboards and analytics remain trustworthy.
