How to connect Printify to OrderSight

Use this practical setup guide to connect Printify to OrderSight and understand exactly what should happen during first sync.

Where to create the token

Open Printify API settings: printify.com/app/account/api

  • Open Printify API settings and create a new token.
  • Name it clearly (for example: OrderSight).
  • Use a dedicated token for OrderSight so access is easier to manage.

Required scopes and permissions

  • Use Custom scopes, not full access scopes.
  • Required read scopes: shops.read, orders.read, products.read, catalog.read, print_providers.read.
  • Write scopes are not required for standard monitoring workflows.

Where to paste it in OrderSight

Add the token in Integrations.

  • Go to Integrations in OrderSight.
  • Open Connection Settings and paste your token.
  • Save settings, then click Refresh shops.

Refresh shops and run first sync

  • Select the shops you want to monitor.
  • Run Sync Orders to load your initial data.
  • Review sync activity to confirm checked/new/changed counts look reasonable.

What to expect after setup

  • Dashboard and orders views populate with selected shop data.
  • Review workflows become available based on synced order context.
  • You can begin filtering by status, shop, problem type, review status, and severity.
