Troubleshooting Printify sync issues
If sync behavior looks wrong, use this checklist before escalating support.
Common checks
- • Confirm token is valid and includes required read scopes.
- • Verify at least one shop is selected.
- • Run Refresh shops before retrying sync.
If orders are missing
- • Verify shop selection and current sync windows.
- • Re-run sync and review recent activity details.
