Troubleshooting Printify sync issues

If sync behavior looks wrong, use this checklist before escalating support.

Common checks

  • Confirm token is valid and includes required read scopes.
  • Verify at least one shop is selected.
  • Run Refresh shops before retrying sync.

If orders are missing

  • Verify shop selection and current sync windows.
  • Re-run sync and review recent activity details.
  • Check for stale connection settings or expired token.

When to contact support

  • Persistent sync failure after token/shop verification.
  • Unexpected missing shops after refresh.
  • Inconsistent order visibility that remains after re-sync.
